Our Approach
A. Elias ltd. was established in 1989 by Elias Akawi (CEO), BSc Civil Engineering (1985) from “Technion” - Israel Institute of Technology’s faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering in Haifa, and Ghada Akawi (CFO), MBA in Business and Marketing from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
A. Elias ltd. is a Construction and Development company specializing in the design and construction of public buildings. The company is also involved in commercial and residential real estate investments.
Since the establishment of the company, we gained unique experience in erecting large and complex projects including schools, Community and Health Centers and Residential buildings. Additionally, we worked on smaller projects such as the renovation and rehabilitation of old historical buildings. A.Elias ltd emphasizes on quality control, time schedule standing and fulfillment of the client’s demands and satisfaction.

חברת ע. אליאס בע״מ נוסדה בשנת 1989 ע״י אליאס עכאוי (CEO), תואר מוסמך להנדסה אזרחית (1985) מהטכניון מכון טכנולוגי לישראל בחיפה וג'אדה שאן עכאוי (CFO), תואר MBA בעסקים ושווק מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
ע. אליאס בע״מ היא חברת בנייה ופיתוח שמתמחה בתכנון וביצוע מבני ציבור בנוסף למעורבותה ביזמות ופיתוח מבנים מסחריים ובנייני מגורים.
מאז היווסדות החברה, רכשנו ניסיון מיוחד בהקמת פרויקטים גדולים ומורכבים ובתוכם בתי-ספר, מרכזים רפואיים וקהילתיים ומבני מגורים. בנוסף בצענו עבודות שיפוץ ושדרוג מבנים ישנים והיסטוריים. חברתנו מבצעת את הפרויקטים שלה באיכות גבוהה ומבוקרת תוך עמידה בלוח הזמנים ולשביעות רצונם המלאה של היזמים.
